Council (Representatives)
The council is made up of representatives from each school. Each year at the conference, each school appoints two representatives and one alternate to represent their school for the upcoming year. The main duty of the representatives is to act as liaisons between LCCS and their respective school campuses. Representatives are expected to: maintain communication between their local organization and LCCS, do mail-outs when needed, give feedback, keep the cost down when hosting events at your school, prepare a prayer service and a service project when hosting, try to get donations, and of course, attend all LCCS meetings. The council also elects and/or removes members of the executive board, approves and serves on all ad hoc committees, and ratifies all bylaws, amendments, and proposals pertinent to LCCS. |
